Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities to achieve revenue goals.
  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise and B2B clients.
  
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions aligned with company offerings.
  
• Manage the entire sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and drive consistent business growth.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  
• Travel as required for client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  
• 0–2 years of experience in

  B2B or Enterprise Sales.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion.
