Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Ludhiana. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets, conducting market research, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also involves preparing sales reports, coordinating with the production and marketing teams, and participating in sales meetings and presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
• Experience in market research and identifying sales opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Skilled in preparing sales reports and coordinating with other departments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
