The Business Development Executive will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving business growth through effective Sourcing & Closing and relationship management . This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the Real Estate Corporate market and excellent leadership skills, negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients, landlords, and building managers. What you will do: Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relation building with potential clients. Identify and pursue commercial leasing deals for office spaces, Co-working spaces, Managed offices, Retail brands etc. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients' real estate needs. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team. Desired Profile: Min. 02 to 03 Years of experience with Commercial Real Estate OR Commercial leasing. Any Graduation OR Master's in Marketing/Real Estate. Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and current trends. Excellent communication skills for effective client acquisition and relationship-building. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals. Salary & Perks: Salary: As per Market Standard Allowances Uncapped Incentive. Working Days: 6Days working.
