Data Mining & Filtering : Attend & follow up with the inquiries posted on all portals like Indiamart / TradeIndia etc. (collecting and analysing DATA from Internet or other sources). Update CRM daily / regularly. Prepare / Update CIS (Client Information Sheet / Record). Logistic Coordination .

Role & responsibilities Purchasing process: Procure required material in time with comparison of different quotations and sorting out best option. Negotiate with suppliers for yearly terms or rates when required, monitor stocks level in stores. Daily communicate with Planning & Store for material availability status. - Development Process: Develop new vendors / suppliers for material, Visit suppliers for quality audit purpose. Develop new type of material / tools / Instruments by taking look in to different options available in market. - Reporting Process: Develop MIS report with availability status, Inventory status and other budgeting status.
