Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Barman / Outlet Manager with 3-6 years of experience to join our team at Regenta Hilltop, located in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the bar and ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food and beverages.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve their full potential.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize sales.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in bartending or outlet management, preferably in a similar establishment.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
