Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Banquet Sales Coordinator to join our team at Mahagun Sarovar Portico Suites. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in sales coordination or a related field.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders for excellent customer service.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and programs.
  • Provide exceptional support to the sales team through data analysis and reporting.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
