Banquet Sales Coordinator

You will be joining our team as a Banquet Operation Assistant Manager with the responsibility of assisting the Banquet Manager in overseeing all aspects of banquet operations within the hotel industry. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, supervising and training banquet staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring seamless service delivery by coordinating with different departments. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in setup, execution, and breakdown of events, maintaining quality control, troubleshooting issues, budgeting, and upholding safety and sanitation standards. Additionally, you will be preparing reports on event performance and guest feedback for future enhancements. To excel in this role, you should have 4-5 years of experience in banquet or event operations, strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, knowledge of food and beverage service standards, and proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
