Banquet Sales Coordinator

The Banquet Sales Coordinator supports the banquet sales team by coordinating event details, managing client communication, preparing banquet event orders (BEOs), and ensuring smooth execution of conferences, weddings, and social events. The role acts as a link between sales, operations, and clients to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Banquet Sales Manager in handling banquet and event sales inquiries
• Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately and timely
• Coordinate with F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, AV, and Engineering departments
• Handle client communication regarding event details, menus, layouts, and pricing
• Schedule site inspections and client meetings
• Maintain event calendars, contracts, and function files
• Follow up on client payments, advances, and documentation
• Ensure special guest requirements are communicated to concerned departments
• Attend pre-event meetings and ensure execution as per BEO
• Maintain sales records, reports, and MIS
• Handle post-event feedback and assist in resolving guest concerns

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in banquet sales or hotel operations
• Knowledge of banquet operations and event management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
