Sales Executive - Hotel

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our hotel sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting the hotel’s services to increase occupancy and event bookings. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, group, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, event planners, and corporate accounts. Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to showcase the hotel’s facilities and services. Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets. Work closely with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met during stays or events. Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects and clients using the hotel’s CRM system. Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, events, and networking functions as needed. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in hotel sales or a related role in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of the local and regional hospitality market. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM/booking systems. Working Conditions: Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Travel may be required for client meetings or trade shows.
