Sales Executive - Hotel

As a Sales Executive at our hotel, your main role is to generate business by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our services and facilities. Your efforts will contribute to achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall growth of our property. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. - Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. - Conduct sales calls, property visits, and client meetings to promote hotel services. - Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and revenue generation. - Collaborate with the operations and F&B teams to ensure client requirements are met. - Participate in sales promotions, trade shows, and networking events. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales or hospitality industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
