Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business to the hotel by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. This role focuses on building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential clients, while also maintaining excellent customer service and promoting the hotel’s services and amenities. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, group, and event segments. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and emails. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms of agreement in line with the hotel’s pricing strategy. Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and participate in marketing initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor hotels and market trends. Coordinate with other departments (front office, banquet, F&B) to ensure smooth execution of client events or stays. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management. Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in hotel sales or a similar customer-facing sales role. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi). Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
