Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Executive to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage all aspects of banquets, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
Ensure exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
Analyze event feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing banquets, events, or meetings.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Familiarity with event management software and technologies.
Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
