Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure banquet operations run smoothly by coordinating with various departments such as F&B, Housekeeping, and Audio-Visual teams.
  • Manage guest relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee all aspects of banquet events from planning to execution, including menu selection, decorations, and entertainment.
  • Coordinate with vendors to source necessary equipment and supplies for events.
  • Monitor event progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the day.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in hotel management or related field (banquets & beverage).
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective guest interaction.
  • Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
