Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Banking Workforce Team Member to join our team at Hexaware Technologies Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 6-11 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, preferably with banking workforce management experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective banking workforce management solutions.
Analyze business requirements and develop process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams.
Provide expert guidance on banking workforce management best practices and trends.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with banking workforce management projects.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of banking operations and processes.
Experience with banking workforce management tools and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience working with IT Services & Consulting teams is preferred.
