Job Description

Job Role: Outbound Sales Executive Banking Loans (Godrej Project)

Location:

Shift Timing:

We are hiring for the position of Outbound Sales Executive for a prestigious banking loan project under the Godrej brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and conversion of prospects for various loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers for banking loan products
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable loan solutions
Maintain follow-up with interested customers to ensure closures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and customer interactions
Achieve assigned targets on a monthly basis
Work closely with the internal team and client-side stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:

Must be a Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in any banking loan process (Sales or Customer Service related to Loans)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary:

Up to 22,000 In-Hand
CTC up to 26,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate)
