Key Responsibilities (Job Entails):

  • Engage and nurture relationships with channel partners to achieve business targets.
  • Design and execute sales plans to maximize distributor mindshare, meet targets, and improve market share in the channel.
  • Review teams performance against plans and provide guidance for growth and success.
  • Create desired sales behavior within the team through digital sales management processes.
  • Ensure business quality and persistency.

Work Experience:

  • 7+ years

    of total sales experience in which Min 4 Years Life Insurance Experience required.
  • Minimum

    2 years of team management

    experience (mandatory).
  • Experience in the Life Insurance

    industry

    preferred.
