Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Job Entails):

Engage and nurture relationships with channel partners to achieve business targets.
Design and execute sales plans to maximize distributor mindshare, meet targets, and improve market share in the channel.
Review teams performance against plans and provide guidance for growth and success.
Create desired sales behavior within the team through digital sales management processes.
Ensure business quality and persistency.

Work Experience:

7+ years
of total sales experience in which Min 4 Years Life Insurance Experience required.
Minimum
2 years of team management
experience (mandatory).
Experience in the Life Insurance
industry
preferred.
