Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bakery and Pastry professional with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry-making and bakery operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the head chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
Prepare high-quality pastries, bread, and desserts according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new recipes and ideas to enhance the menu's appeal.
Ensure all food products meet quality and freshness standards before service.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commis in a bakery or patisserie kitchen.
Strong knowledge of dough mixing, kneading, and baking techniques.
Familiarity with various types of flour, sugar, and other ingredients used in pastry-making.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Adaptability to changing situations and priorities.
