Role Description:

Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. 
• Architect, design, and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure Java-based applications using frameworks like Spring and Hibernate. 
• Drive and implement microservices architecture to ensure modularity, flexibility, and efficiency. 
• Optimize performance and ensure high availability of applications by implementing best coding practices and conducting code reviews. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and contribute to strategic decision-making. 
• Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring skill enhancement and adherence to coding standards. 
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Java and software development to ensure the team leverages cutting-edge tools and practices. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Java development. 
• Expertise in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Hibernate and Golang. 
• Strong experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. 
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, data structures, and design patterns. 
• Proficiency in database management using SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL). 
• Hands-on experience in building scalable and efficient backend services using Go (Golang), with a strong understanding of concurrency, performance optimization, and microservices architecture. 
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically. 
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively. 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
