About Us: We are building a multitask management app using Flutter, with features like task management, meeting scheduling, report generation, and data analysis. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Lead to manage the backend, oversee Flutter app development, and handle large datasets. Key Responsibilities: Lead backend development (Node.js, Django) and integrate with Flutter mobile app. Manage and optimize SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) databases. Implement real-time features (chat, notifications) using Firebase/WebSockets. Stay current with new technologies to enhance app performance and scalability. Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews, ensuring high code quality and delivery. Required Skills: 3+ years of full-stack development (Node.js, Django, or similar). 2+ years of Flutter development (iOS/Android). Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Expertise in data migration and handling large datasets . Strong knowledge of real-time communication (Firebase/WebSockets). Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines . Bonus Skills: Experience with analytics tools and data reporting (BigQuery, AWS Redshift). Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and microservices architecture. Why Join Us?
