Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer Lead at our company, you will be responsible for managing the backend development, overseeing Flutter app development, and handling large datasets. You will play a key role in building a multitask management app with features like task management, meeting scheduling, report generation, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Lead backend development using Node.js and Django, and integrate with the Flutter mobile app. - Manage and optimize SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Firebase. - Implement real-time features such as chat and notifications using Firebase and WebSockets. - Stay up-to-date with new technologies to enhance app performance and scalability. - Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and ensure high code quality and timely delivery. Qualification Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack development using Node.js, Django, or similar technologies. - At least 2 years of experience in Flutter development for iOS and Android platforms. - Proficiency in working with SQL databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB. - Expertise in data migration and handling large datasets. - Strong knowledge of real-time communication technologies like Firebase and WebSockets. - Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, and CI/CD pipelines.
