Job Title: Node.js Backend Developer
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Location: Delhi ( WFO )
Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js
● Build clean, scalable REST APIs
● Work with PostgreSQL for relational data modeling and queries
● Use Redis for caching, queues, or session management
● Implement real-time features using Sockets
● Debug, optimize, and improve existing backend code
● Write basic test cases and understand testing fundamentals
● Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams
● Use Postman for API testing, debugging, and documentation
● Follow best practices for security, performance, and maintainability
Required Skills
● Strong hands-on experience with Node.js & JavaScript
● Solid understanding of backend architecture & API design
● Experience working with PostgreSQL
● Working knowledge of Redis
● Experience using WebSockets / Socket.io
● Basic understanding of testing concepts (unit/integration)
● Comfortable using Postman
● Good understanding of async programming & event loop
● Ability to debug issues independently
Good to Have (Bonus)
● Experience with background jobs / queues
● Familiarity with authentication (JWT, OAuth basics)
● Experience with production deployments
● Knowledge of performance optimization and caching strategies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
