Job Description

We are looking for a Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain the core backend systems of our ERP platform. You will work on business logic, APIs, database design, and system performance that power critical workflows for institutions and organizations.

This role requires strong backend fundamentals, clean architecture thinking, and ownership of system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs
• Implement business logic for core ERP modules and workflows
• Design and optimize relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access
• Collaborate with frontend, mobile, QA, and product teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Debug production issues and improve system stability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with backend development (Node.js, Java, Python, or similar)
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of database design and query optimization
• Knowledge of authentication, security, and data protection basics
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building ERP or large-scale SaaS applications
• Familiarity with microservices or modular monolith architectures
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment environments
• Understanding of caching, background jobs, and message queues
