Job Description

We are looking for a Mobile Application Developer to build and maintain high-performance mobile applications for our ERP platform. The role involves developing apps used by students, parents, teachers, administrators, and management, with a strong focus on usability, performance, and stability.

This is a product-focused role, not project-based freelancing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and/or iOS
• Implement ERP modules for attendance, communication, reports, and workflows
• Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs and databases
• Ensure application performance, stability, and security
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement clean and intuitive designs
• Work closely with backend developers and product teams
• Debug, maintain, and continuously improve existing applications
• Participate in code reviews and release cycles

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Android (Kotlin/Java), iOS (Swift), or cross-platform frameworks (Flutter / React Native)
• Strong experience with REST APIs and backend integration
• Understanding of mobile performance optimization
• Knowledge of app lifecycle, notifications, and offline data handling
• Familiarity with version control (Git)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building SaaS or ERP mobile applications
• Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store / Apple App Store
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and role-based access
• Basic knowledge of mobile security best practices
