About The Role

- Solid understanding of hotel sales, especially in the B2B/corporate segment
- Familiarity with industry sales metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, and Occupancy
- Translate real-world sales scenarios into relevant training material
Training & Facilitation
- Design and deliver both induction and refresher training programs
- Apply adult learning principles to create effective sessions for working professionals
- Develop role-specific content{{:}} CRM usage, negotiation, objection handling, corporat
epitching, etc
- .Conduct immersive simulations — including role plays for travel agents, hotel owners
