B2B Sales

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the entire process of lead management, sales, and business development for the region. Your duties will include data management to ensure 100% coverage in the assigned territory and tracking other key parameters. Additionally, you will be in charge of client acquisition campaigns and lead generation to establish a flagship brand for property services in the respective region. Your role will also involve ensuring service delivery and client retention. Furthermore, you will provide market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to the Marketing team to support the launch of appropriate promotional and customer communication initiatives. You will also be responsible for achieving targets in the designated areas and mapping new projects & new brokers in designated territories, ensuring coverage across the designated territory. Additionally, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure 100% coverage of new projects launched by them will be a key part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role: - A graduation or post-graduation degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales. - Previous experience working in a real estate business. - An outgoing personality, confidence, and self-motivation. - Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations. - Resilience and persistence. - Passion for selling and effective communication skills with individuals at all levels. - Strong implementation skills.,
