As a B2B Sales Head in the Visa Industry, your role involves leading strategic sales initiatives, managing high-value partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the visa and immigration services sector. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic Sales Leadership:** - Develop and implement a scalable B2B sales strategy aligned with organizational goals. - Set and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Identify new business opportunities in the visa/immigration domain. - **Team Management & Development:** - Build and mentor a high-performance B2B sales team. - Define KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and foster a culture of continuous learning. - **Client Relationship Management:** - Utilize existing client relationships to generate immediate revenue growth. - Establish strong partnerships with corporate clients, educational institutions, travel agents, and relocation consultants. - Lead negotiations, proposal development, and closing of key deals to ensure client satisfaction. - **Sales Operations & Forecasting:** - Track sales pipelines and forecasts through CRM tools. - Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership for revenue planning. - **Market & Competitor Intelligence:** - Stay updated on visa regulations, market trends, and competitor offerings. - Adapt sales strategy to maintain competitiveness and collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns. - **Cross-functional Collaboration:** - Work with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to enhance the value proposition and customer experience. - Share market feedback with internal teams to drive service enhancements and innovation. As a successful candidate, you must possess: - 6+ years of B2B sales experience in the visa, travel, immigration, or related industry. - An existing client portfolio within the visa/immigration domain is mandatory. - Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams, build client relationships, and achieve targets. - Proficiency in CRM tools, strong negotiation skills, and strategic thinking abilities. - Experience with corporates, education consultants, and global mobility firms is advantageous.
