About the Role:

Visa2Fly is looking for a creative and performance-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s voice across platforms. You’ll be responsible for content strategy, community engagement, and building a strong digital presence that connects with millions of travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Own the end-to-end social media strategy across platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook

✅ Create and manage a high-performing Social Media calendar that aligns with brand campaigns and trends

✅ Curate user-generated videos/reels and enhance brand storytelling

✅ Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to produce compelling reels, stories, carousels, and posts

✅ Monitor performance through insights and analytics – optimize for reach, engagement, and follower growth

✅ Manage and grow communities and conversations – respond, engage, and turn followers into loyal users

✅ Lead influencer outreach and partnerships to build organic visibility

✅ Keep tabs on travel, visa, and content trends and adapt fast

What You Bring:

💡 3–5 years of social media experience, preferably with D2C or travel/consumer brands

💡 Strong command of social platforms, content trends, formats, and algorithms

💡Demonstrable content curation skills with a strong portfolio

💡 A sharp creative eye and love for reel-first content and storytelling

💡 Ability to write crisp captions and guide visual storytelling

💡 Self-starter who can work cross-functionally with content, design, and marketing teams

Bonus Points For

✨ Experience working with influencers, creators, or running paid social campaigns

✨ Experience building a travel/lifestyle brand

✨ Knowledge of video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Rush
