We are seeking a creative, proactive, and experienced Social Media Manager to manage the company’s complete social media operations. The candidate will handle all social platforms, manage our YouTube channel, Video editing & poster designing and optimize SEO for consistent growth. The role requires strong content skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently drive results. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.) Handle end-to-end YouTube channel management, including content planning, uploads, analytics, and SEO optimization Develop and execute monthly content calendars and social media strategies Increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth across platforms Optimize videos and posts for search engines using the latest SEO practices Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep content relevant Track performance metrics and prepare regular growth/analytics reports Plan ad campaigns, collaborate with internal teams, and coordinate with designers/video editors when needed Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and quality across all platforms Take full ownership of the company’s digital growth and online presence Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role Knowledge of video editing/graphic design tools Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing Hands-on experience with YouTube management and SEO Ability to create engaging content and manage posting schedules Strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and handle full responsibility for social media growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
