Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Experience: 03 Years Employment Type: Full-Time / On-Site Industry: Luxury Hospitality / Premium Nightlife / Lifestyle Marketing About the Role: We are seeking a refined, creative, and brand-conscious Social Media Professional to curate and manage the digital presence of our premium clubs and luxury nightlife venues in Gurgaon . The ideal candidate embodies aesthetic excellence, storytelling finesse, and an understanding of the luxury lifestyle audience . You will be responsible for shaping a digital identity that reflects sophistication, exclusivity, and high-end entertainment creating an aspirational experience for our audience across all platforms. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Luxury Brand Storytelling & Strategy Develop and execute bespoke social media strategies that reflect each venues luxury positioning. Craft monthly content calendars centered around exclusive events, VIP experiences, and brand-led campaigns. Ensure a premium visual and tonal consistency across all digital touchpoints. 2. Premium Content Creation & Curation Oversee the production of high-quality imagery, reels, and lifestyle videos that capture the ambience, design, and clientele of the venues. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and creative teams to deliver content that meets luxury brand standards. Write elegant, on-brand captions that blend sophistication with engagement. 3. Digital Community & Influencer Engagement Engage thoughtfully with followers and patrons, maintaining the brand’s tone of class and exclusivity. Identify and collaborate with luxury influencers, lifestyle bloggers, and high-profile personalities for strategic brand associations. Build digital anticipation around premium events, launches, and special nights. 4. Performance Tracking & Analytics Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, and growth metrics. Generate comprehensive reports and strategic insights to refine digital initiatives. Maintain a performance-driven approach while upholding brand integrity. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate closely with event, PR, and marketing teams to align digital promotion with offline experiences. Ensure seamless digital coverage for live events, celebrity nights, and exclusive parties. Uphold the visual and communication standards expected from a top-tier luxury brand. Key Skills & Attributes: Proven experience managing social media for luxury brands, upscale clubs, hospitality, or lifestyle ventures . Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and digital aesthetics. Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging visual-first platforms. Strong visual sensibility with a refined taste in photography, video, and design. Exceptional writing and communication skills with a focus on brand tone. Working knowledge of creative tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite preferred. Ability to manage multiple premium brands while maintaining unique digital identities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Luxury Brand Management, or Digital Media. 3–6 years of experience in social media management within the hospitality, fashion, or luxury lifestyle sector.
