Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard B2B customers such as corporates, delivery/logistics firms, fleet operators, dealers, and institutions
  • Generate leads through cold calls, references, networking, and market visits
  • Pitch Motovolt EV products and mobility solutions to decision-makers (CXOs, Admin, Procurement, Operations)
  • Conduct product demos, negotiations, and commercial discussions
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Coordinate with operations, service, finance, and supply chain teams for smooth order fulfillment
  • Manage tenders, institutional orders, and bulk sales where applicable
  • Maintain customer data, pipeline, and MIS in CRM
  • Build long-term relationships and ensure repeat business and upselling
