Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS). Coordinate employee engagement and training activities. Track attendance, leave, and maintain related documentation. Draft HR-related letters, communications, and reports. Support payroll input collection and processing. Manage employee exit formalities and offboarding tasks. Conduct employee feedback surveys and analyze results. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Maintain confidentiality of employee data and support ongoing HR projects.
