Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and onboard new B2B clients, Strengthening the Customer Base and expanding to identified geographies and customers.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Working with Cross functional team and cater to the need of customer.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
  • Depth of knowledge around molecules and crops for executing sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to Lead.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field +MBA
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, in the Indian agrochemical space.
  • Strong network within the agrochemical Industry in India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within selected geographies.
