B2B Sales

As an Officer in the Sales department of a Manufacturing company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, your primary responsibility is to build business relationships with product influencers such as Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, and Contractors. You will leverage these relationships to create business opportunities for the brand by understanding the company's products and applications, as well as the customers" needs and requirements. Your support to the Sales Organization in the targeted geography will contribute to the overall business success. - Identify opportunities and build relationships with product influencers to generate consideration for the brand. - Generate leads from the secondary market and pass them on to the Sales Team for further follow-up, ensuring conversion to sales. - Maintain high levels of client engagement through product presentations, new product launches, and various events. - Follow-up on samples, recommend products, provide training to applicators, share knowledge with their team, and troubleshoot any issues. - Collaborate with the Sales and Technical teams to resolve any raised issues by clients. - Stay updated on market trends and provide feedback to the Marketing team. Preferred candidate profile includes: - MBA in Marketing. - Experience in Sales or Business Development. - Excellent language skills in Tamil and English. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Deep understanding of negotiation and marketing techniques. - Good presentation skills. - Fast learning ability and passion for sales. - Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach. - Ability to adapt and grow in difficult environments.,
