Job Description

Role Overview: As a B2B Sales Executive for our solar products and services, your main responsibility will be to acquire and manage business clients. You will need to identify potential clients, understand their requirements, propose suitable solar solutions, prepare presentations and quotations, negotiate deals, and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business. Your ultimate goal will be to drive business growth and meet revenue targets by closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential B2B clients such as industries, commercial establishments, and institutions. - Understand client requirements and propose suitable solar solutions. - Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals. - Follow up on leads and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility analysis. - Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets. - Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates on sales progress. - Ensure post-sale client satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, competitors, and market developments. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Confidence in presenting technical products to non-technical audiences. - Basic understanding of solar systems and power solutions. - Good command over MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. - Self-driven with a result-oriented approach. - Willingness to travel for client meetings.
