Maintain, update, and effectively utilize databases from colleges, NGO contacts, and BA visits to continuously improve outreach effectiveness. Manage online leads by engaging inquiries received from digital marketing agencies with consistent follow-up and communication. Conduct effective counselling sessions (both telephonic and in-person) to convert inquiries into admissions. Organize and actively participate in seminars, classroom information sessions (promoting student referral schemes), and networking visits to enhance visibility and engagement. Facilitate smooth admission processes: assist students with form completion, collect required documents, and ensure timely onboarding.
