Job Description

Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify and target potential business clients and key decision-makers. Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling (primarily LinkedIn), and networking events, to attract new leads. Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, needs, and budget, qualifying them based on established criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our solutions. Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities using our CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Presentation & Demonstration: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the prospect's specific needs, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services. Objection Handling & Negotiation: Address prospect questions and objections thoughtfully, negotiating contract terms and pricing to find a mutually beneficial agreement and move the deal toward closure. Closing & Conversion: Manage the sales process to successfully close deals and convert prospects into paying customers, ensuring a smooth handoff to the customer success or onboarding team. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Performance & Reporting: Track sales metrics, report on pipeline status, and analyze conversion data to continuously refine sales strategies and achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.  Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B sales (minimum 2-3 years), with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Deep understanding of the B2B sales process and market dynamics.
