With 28+ years of experience, we cater to diverse B2B industrial segments, offering a vast product portfolio of 800+ SKUs. We focus on high-growth business expansion through strong lead qualification, follow-ups, and client conversions. Job Overview This role is crucial for new business development (NBD), focusing on acquiring new B2B industrial clients and converting leads into confirmed orders. The sales pipeline involves two key responsibilities: 1. Engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and building strong relationships. 2. Qualifying potential leads and converting t 3. hem into successful orders through effective communication and persistent follow-ups. This is a high-impact role for business growth, requiring persistence, strong follow-ups, and industrial B2B sales expertise. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead Qualification & Sales Engagement ○ Work upon prospective client data and actively call, interact, and qualify leads . ○ Identify customer needs and position Deep Cable’s offerings accordingly. ○ Maintain a structured database of leads & pipeline progress . ● Sales Follow-Ups & Deal Conversion ○ Engage decision-makers, pitch the right product solutions , and ensure lead progression. ○ Consistently follow up to convert prospects into orders. ○ Effectively negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring profitable transactions. ● Client Communication & Relationship Management ○ Build rapport with key contacts, understand their business pain points , and offer solutions. ○ Ensure clear communication of order terms, pricing, and delivery timelines . ○ Maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals . ● Collaboration with Internal Teams ○ Work closely with the customer service team for post-order execution & client coordination. ○ Coordinate with marketing & digital teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead conversion. ● Performance Tracking & Reporting ○ Maintain detailed records of sales activities, lead status, and conversion rates . ○ Provide weekly reports on sales progress and action plans. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2+ years in B2B industrial sales (wires & cables preferred but not mandatory). Education: Open to candidates from diverse educational backgrounds with strong business acumen and sales skills. Sales Skills: ● Lead qualification & customer engagement ● Strong follow-up & deal-closing ability ● Negotiation & client communication expertise CRM & Data Management: Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM systems is highly appreciated. Persistence & Follow-Ups: Consistent follow-ups and proactive engagement are key to success in this role.
