The team will include HR, Corporate Sales, Export Sales, Government Sales, Digital Marketing, and more. The goal is to build a high-performing team that delivers results exceeding expectations.

Role Overview

We’re hiring an E-Commerce & Cataloguing Intern for onboarding, product listing, and lead tracking across various national and international portals.

This includes platforms such as:

● � � Domestic B2B – IndiaMART, Udaan, TradeIndia

● � � Export B2B – Alibaba, ExportHub, Indian Business Portal

● � � D2C/E-Commerce – Amazon, Flipkart

● � � Tender/Institutional – UNGM, ONDC And others

This role is ideal for a candidate who has some prior exposure to online platforms or product listings.

Key Responsibilities

� � Product Cataloging & Content Management

● Create and organize catalog data including product names, specifications, HS codes, images, and certifications

● Ensure uniform documentation across platforms (PDFs, product sheets, listing formats)

● Coordinate with technical/design teams for missing specs, datasheets, packaging details, etc.

● Format listings according to portal-specific templates

� � Platform Onboarding & Portal Coordination

● Registering and completing brand/company profiles across platforms

● Manage KYC, document uploads, registrations and verifications

● Liaise with platform support teams for onboarding status and listing activation

� � Lead Management & Sales Coordination

● Track enquiries received from listed platforms

● Organize and update leads in CRM or Excel and coordinate with the B2B sales team

● Support the commercial team with standard catalogue responses and follow-ups

� � Research & Weekly Reporting

● Research new relevant platforms in domestic and export domains

● Monitor competitor presence and improve listing strategies

● Suggest platform-specific improvements (titles, keywords, visuals, etc.)

● Maintain onboarding progress, portal status, and lead data sheets

Qualifications and Skills

● Students or fresh graduates in Commerce, Business, Marketing, International Trade, or Digital Media

● Prior exposure to platforms like IndiaMART, Amazon, Flipkart, Alibaba, Shopify, or similar is preferred

● Strong working knowledge of Excel, online tools, and content formatting

● Structured, self-driven, and proactive in inter-team coordination

● Interest in B2B digital commerce and industrial product ecosystems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
