Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and images are displayed.
* Collaborate with the merchandising team to optimize product visibility.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various channels (email, chat, etc.).
* Assist in collecting and analyzing e-commerce performance data.
* Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Assist in social media management and content creation to drive online engagement.
* Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Korean Language is a must
* Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Duration:
This is a 3-month internship position with the potential for extension based on performance.
