ROLE SUMMARY:


We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive integrated B2B campaigns and client relationships while leveraging AI-powered tools.

This role combines strategy, execution, and leadership, requiring both analytical and creative skills. You will oversee the full sales & marketing funnel, collaborate with a talented cross-functional team, and help position IndiVillage as both a technical leader and a social impact pioneer.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Marketing Campaigns


  • Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that generate quality leads.
  • Implement AI-driven automation, personalization, and testing strategies.
  • Create thought leadership content to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Track KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, CTRs, and engagement.


Sales Strategy & Execution


  • Develop strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand client base.
  • Build proposals, manage lead generation, and analyze market trends.
  • Leverage AI for lead scoring and opportunity identification.
  • Track KPIs like pipeline value, conversion rates, and client lifetime value.


Digital Transformation & Innovation


  • Drive adoption of AI-powered tools for marketing and sales optimization.
  • Apply predictive analytics, segmentation, and emerging technologies.
  • Build scalable processes for growth.


Team Leadership


  • Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional sales & marketing teams.
  • Foster collaboration between sales and marketing for a seamless client experience.
  • Establish performance measurement systems.



SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 5–8 years of B2B sales & marketing experience (minimum 1 year international).
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets and running campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of AI tools, CRM, automation platforms, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, client relationship, and leadership skills.
  • Near-native fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Tech/social impact sector experience is a plus.
