Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to lead data annotation projects in the AgriTech domain,

specifically focusing on crop image datasets. This role requires a strong operational leader who can

ensure delivery excellence, process effectiveness, and team capability building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of data annotation projects while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.
• Monitor and enhance the effectiveness of QC and training processes.
• Identify inefficiencies in day-to-day operations and drive immediate improvements.
• Build and enforce structured processes that ensure scalability, precision, and productivity.
• Mentor and develop internal people managers to build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Drive a culture of ownership, engagement, and accountability across teams.
• Use structured data to communicate performance insights and improvement plans.
• Actively contribute to revenue growth and margin improvement of assigned accounts.
• Work cross-functionally to assess and close skill gaps within the team.
• Apply Six Sigma tools and RCA techniques for performance improvement.

Requirements:

• 12–15 years of experience in managing large-scale operations and people.
• Strong domain knowledge of AgriTech, specifically in data annotation for crop imagery.
• Hands-on experience in managing image labeling/annotation teams and tools.
• Certified in Six Sigma methodologies and RCA (Green Belt or above required).
• Ability to use data to assess performance, identify trends, and tell a business story.
• Demonstrated leadership in high-growth or transformation environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
