Job Details
As a Partnerships Outreach Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding QYUBIC’s partner
network by identifying high-potential prospects, conducting targeted outreach, and scheduling
meetings for the core partnerships team. You will act as the first point of contact for potential
partners, ensuring a smooth handoff so the partnerships team can handle onboarding, negotiations,
and campaign management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in research, lead generation,
and pre-partnership engagement.
1) Research & Prioritization
● Identify and prioritize potential business partners, including advertisers and brands, across
diverse sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, lifestyle, apps, and gaming.
● Score and tier prospects based on strategic fit, product relevance, audience alignment, and
ease of engagement.
● Execute targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
● Build initial rapport and qualify prospects before scheduling meetings.
● Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and manage the business pipeline using
CRM tools.
● Schedule meetings with the core partnerships team.
● Ensure a smooth and professional handoff of qualified leads, including all relevant context
and insights.
● Track follow-ups to maintain engagement until the partnership team assumes ownership.
● Stay updated on industry trends in affiliate marketing, performance campaigns, and digital
partnerships.
● Share insights to refine outreach strategy and improve prospect engagement.
● Generate periodic reports on outreach activities, meeting scheduling, and pipeline health.
● Work closely with the core partnerships team to align outreach with strategic goals.
● Leverage HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other collaboration tools to
streamline processes.
● Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
● Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple prospects and tasks in a
fast-paced environment.
● Analytical mindset to assess lead quality and prioritize outreach efforts effectively.
● Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
● Collaborative approach to work closely with internal teams and support smooth handoffs.
● Familiarity with digital marketing, affiliate campaigns, or performance-based acquisition is a
plus.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● 2 – 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, pre-sales, or lead
generation.
● Proven ability to manage pre-partnership pipelines: research → outreach → qualification →
handoff.
● Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn, and collaboration tools.
● Comfortable using analytics and reporting to track outreach performance.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while supporting team
objectives.
