Position Overview

The Partnerships Executive will drive new business growth through affiliate and performance marketing channels. This includes acquiring and managing advertisers, publishers, and affiliate partners, negotiating profitable agreements, and ensuring campaign success aligned with QYUBIC’s growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify, pitch, and secure new advertisers, affiliates, and publisher partnerships.
  • Present QYUBIC’s performance marketing solutions (CPS, CPI, CPL, CPA) with tailored business proposals."I tried reaching out to you earlier, but it seems the call went unanswered. Just wanted to check in and see if everything's alright.
  • Negotiate payout models, commission structures, and long-term collaboration terms.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up to close high-value deals.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with affiliate networks, agencies, and sub-affiliates.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing partner accounts.

  • 2. Market & Industry Awareness

    • Stay up to date on affiliate, performance, and digital marketing trends.
    • Explore new verticals (e-commerce, fintech, lifestyle, apps, gaming) and partner segments to expand reach.

    3. Partnership Lifecycle & Execution

    • Manage end-to-end partnership flow — from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and campaign optimization.
    • Coordinate technical setup, tracking integrations, and ongoing partner support.
    • Monitor partner performance to ensure high-quality traffic and ROI.

  • 4. Reporting & Administration

    • Use CRM tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for pipeline and deal management.
    • Maintain clear documentation of partnership agreements and communications.
    • Generate reports and insights to support business decisions.


    What We’re Looking For

    • 3–4 years of experience in B2B partnerships, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing.
    • Strong understanding of performance marketing models (CPS, CPA, CPL, CPI).
    • Proven ability to acquire and manage advertisers or publishers in affiliate/performance networks.
    • Experience using CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.

    (Bonus: Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Impact, Admitad, Partnerize, or Everflow is a plus.)
