B2B Business Development Executive

Location: Dahisar Checknaka, Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with decision-makers (procurement, marketing, tech) in sectors such as healthcare, pharma, insurance, manufacturing, finance, and IT.
• Generate new B2B leads using LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, industry referrals, and digital platforms.
• Nurture and manage relationships to move prospects from outreach to successful vendor onboarding and project handover.
• Draft, customize, and present proposals, RFPs, and pitches tailored to multiple industries.
• Research market trends and competitors, spotting new business opportunities outside pharma.
• Maintain and automate the CRM pipeline; ensure leads, follow-ups, and opportunities are organized and tracked.
• Continuously learn and improve outreach strategies aligned with B2B sales and digital engagement methods.

Work Location Update:

• Remote/Work-from-home allowed till December while the Dahisar Checknaka office is under interior work.
• From January 2026, work from office in Dahisar Checknaka is required.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management in IT, SaaS, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and automation platforms preferred.
• Basic knowledge of RFPs, procurement, or vendor onboarding is desirable.
• Energetic, target-driven, proactive, and ambitious to grow in strategic B2B business development.
