Our digital platform aims to connect with the entire Pan India Audience, including rural areas. The goal is to spread useful information about insurance policies beyond metro cities, making it accessible to all.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential agents in the assigned territory
• Promote and explain benefit of associating with us.
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term agents
• Achieve monthly targets and business objectives
• Maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Keep management updated with daily/weekly reports on field activities
• Stay informed about insurance industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory)
• Both

  freshers and experienced

  candidates are welcome.
• Prior experience in the

  insurance/financial services industry

  is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
