B2B Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at Protrainy, your role will involve building strong relationships with corporates and colleges, understanding their training requirements, and driving business opportunities in the construction training space. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and connect with corporates, colleges, and institutions to pitch Protrainy's training solutions. - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable training programs. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of training programs. - Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to company growth. - Maintain proper documentation of leads, client interactions, and closures in CRM/records. - Represent Protrainy at client meetings, seminars, and networking events when required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - 2 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development/Client Relations (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Interest or background in construction/engineering/education sector will be an added advantage. In addition to a competitive salary of 12,000 - 20,000 per month with attractive incentives based on performance, Protrainy offers a work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM.
