Atelier Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd is hiring for B2B Business development Executive profile.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential agents in the assigned territory
• Promote and explain benefit of associating with us
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term agents
• Achieve monthly targets and business objectives
• Maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Keep management updated with daily/weekly reports on field activities
• Stay informed about insurance industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory)
• Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Prior experience in the insurance/financial services industry is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
