We are seeking energetic and goal-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves promoting our insurance products, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth through field activities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients in the assigned territory
Promote and explain insurance products and services
Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Keep management updated with daily/weekly reports on field activities
Stay informed about insurance industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory)
Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Prior experience in the insurance/financial services industry is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
