Field Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Field Sales Executive to join our Motor Insurance team. This role involves direct interaction with potential Dealer to sell motor insurance policies, primarily focusing on two-wheelers and Tractor , E- Rickshaw . The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build rapport and close deals in the field.

Field Sales: Travel extensively within the assigned territory using a personal two-wheeler to meet potential Dealer and generate sales for motor insurance products (Two-wheeler and Tractor insurance).

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all motor insurance products, features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively present solutions to customers.

Lead Management: Follow up on company-provided leads and manage the sales pipeline efficiently to achieve monthly sales targets.

Documentation: Assist customers with the necessary paperwork and ensure all policy documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dealers to ensure high levels of client retention and referrals.

Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company policies and regulatory guidelines regarding the sale of insurance products.
