Job Summary

We are seeking a Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with farmers, conducting regular field visits, providing them field advisory, and recommending them the right products. This role involves data collection, field advisory, and training sessions to support agricultural development. The Field Executive will serve as the key link between the company and the farming community, ensuring the effective implementation of our solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to interact with farmers and provide technical/ scientific guidance on crop management, soil health, pest control.

- Organize and lead training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops to educate farmers on best agricultural practices.

- Collect and analyze field data to assess crop performance, soil conditions, and pest/disease impact, providing recommendations for improvement.

- Establish and maintain professional relationships with farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders to effectively promote the company’s products and services.

- Monitor and report on field activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and agricultural best practices.

- Collaborate with internal teams, to enhance product development and farmer engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of crop management, pest control, soil health, and farming practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with farmers.

- Ability to analyze field data and provide actionable recommendations.

- Willingness to travel and work in rural areas as required.

- Proficiency in local languages (preferred) to ensure effective communication with farmers.

- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to address challenges in agricultural practices.
